Sales on our website are subject to the Consumer Protection Law and the Distance Contracts Regulation, and the provisions of these laws and regulations will be applied. The following conditions must be met for the return of products, ensuring that the process is completed quickly.
You can request a return or exchange of your product within 14 days from the date we received it, provided that the product is unworn, undamaged, and with its tag. Please contact us via the communication number available on our website. Once the product is received, it will be checked, and we will respond to you through your preferred communication channel.
The return must be made within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt, ensuring that the product remains in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
Return requests will not be accepted if the product is used, damaged, its tag is removed, or it is otherwise harmed.
If the purchased product is vacuum-sealed, it must not be opened, damaged, or used. The return must be completed within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date, maintaining the original packaging.
Purchased accessories, swimsuits, bikinis, and underwear cannot be returned or exchanged due to health and hygiene regulations as per the Distance Sales Agreement under consumer rights.
According to Article 4 of the Consumer Protection Law, “Products that do not meet the characteristics stated in advertisements or promotions or differ from the intended use are considered defective goods.”
*To benefit from the rights mentioned above by filing a defective product claim:
If the product’s features are different from what was stated in the advertisement or if there are deficiencies that reduce the benefit the customer expects from the product, it is classified as defective.
The buyer must file a defective product claim within 30 days. A report from the importer will be used to determine whether the defect is due to the usage error. If it is determined to be a user error, the customer will not be eligible for these rights.*

CANCELLATION RIGHT
Before returning a product, you must submit your return request via your chosen communication channel. Our company is not responsible for returns made without a prior request through the communication channel.
EXCHANGE RIGHT
For exchanges, you must first send an exchange request via the communication channel available on our website, providing the details of the issue, the reason for the exchange, and the product you wish to exchange it for. Once the exchange request is processed and approved, we will proceed with the transaction.
